Album specs

Photos & video
Unlimited photos for planner albums. Short guest videos supported (host sets the length, or turns video off).
Upload window
You set how long guests can upload. The gallery stays available for browsing and download until you close or delete the event.
ZIP quality
Original resolution in the ZIP. Gallery thumbs are compressed for speed.
Data & GDPR
EU-hosted. You can delete an event and its photos from the dashboard. We process data under GDPR as processor for your clients’ albums.
Couple delivery
Download the ZIP and hand it over, or share a view link so the couple can browse and download themselves — you stay the account owner.
White-label
No Picolation branding on the album, QR sign, download page, gallery URL, ZIP file names, or any email to couples or guests.
Gallery address

First wedding is free while we set you up. Ongoing pricing isn’t published yet — we’ll agree something fair after a short conversation.

Can I prepay?

Yes, if that suits you. We can invoice in advance and keep a balance. Details when we talk.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — get in touch. Custom domains are set up by conversation.

Where do galleries live?

At yourname.sharedeventalbum.app. Couples and guests never land on picolation.com. Your own domain is available on request.

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests scan the QR with their phone camera and upload in Safari or Chrome. No download, no account.

Can I use it for non-wedding events?

Yes. Same product — parties, corporate events, and more.

What does the couple receive?

You can hand them the ZIP, or share a view link so they browse and download themselves. You stay the account owner.
